Red Cabbage-Porkstir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 12 oz. roasted pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce, divided
- 2 tsp. ground ginger, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced, divided
- 1 medium red cabbage, thinly sliced (4 cups)
- 1 cup low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In a wok or large skillet heat 1 tbsp. pf tje oil over medium-high heat. Add pork, 1 tbsp of the soy sauce, 1 tsp of the ginger, and half the garlic; stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Remove pork from wok; set aside.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to wok and heat over medium-high heat. Add cabbage and remaining soy sauce, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in broth and hoisin sauce; bring to boiling. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water; stir into wok.
Return prrk to wok; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Top with green onions (if desired), and serve.
