Asian Red Cabbage Slaw

  • 1 medium head red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 2 med carrots peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves



Step 1

Combine the cabbage, celery, carrots, and scallions in a large bowl. Whisk together the vinegar, honey, lime juice, hot sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce in a small bowl.

Toss the two together add the herbs and serve
