Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. pie shell
- 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 3/4 C walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425
2. In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Turn into pie crust.
3. Bake 15 minutes; remove pie. Reduce heat to 350.
4. In small bowl, combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts, sprinkle walnut mix over pie. Bake another 50 to 55 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool.
