Southern Peach Yam Bake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 40 oz.can yams, drained
• 1 16 oz can peaches, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter unitl mixture resembles course crumbs. Arrange yams and peaches in 2 QT. casserole. Sprinkle with sugar mixture
