Ingredients

  • 1 pkg myoplex lite
  • STRAWBERRY OR VANILLA (I PREFER VANILLA)
  • 2 c ice cubes
  • 1 c water, ice cold
  • 1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 c mangos fresh or frozen

YOU MAY ADD ICE OR WATER AS NEEDS TO THICKNESS


Directions

1. In blender, place blueberries, mangos, and water...pulse 3 times, add water and ice....pulse 4 times...add Myoplex Powder....and pulse 5 times stir occasionally with a rubber spatula...till mixed thoroughly...you may add more ice or water depending on the thickness you like....

2. You can add more protein powder or wheat grass to it if you like...This will make 1 to two glasses depend on the glass size
