Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c oil
  • 2 teas baking soda
  • 2 teas baking powder
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 teas vanilla
  • 2 teas cinnamon
  • 1 teas nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 large apples, cup up unpeeled
  • 3 cup raw shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, oil & sugar. Put all dry ingredients together and addt to first mixture, mixing well. Add nuts, carrots and apples. Stir well and put into a greased and floured pan. Bake 325 until center is done, approx. 45-60 min.

Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
