Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked dried radiatore (pasta nuggets)
- 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into fourths
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice deli honey ham or cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound (3/4-inch thick) slice Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook radiatore according to package directions.
Rinse with cold water.
Drain.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add cooked radiatore; toss to coat well.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
