Lemon Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 C. Sugar
• 3 1/2 T. Cornstarch
• 1 T. grated Lemon Zest
• 1/4 C. fresh Lemon Juice
• 3 Egg Yolks, slightly beaten
• 1 C. Whole Milk
• 1/4 C. Frozen Butter
• 1 C. Sour Cream
• Pie Shell
• Whipped Cream
• White Chocolate curls

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st 6 ingredients in sauce pan & cook over medium heat until thick.

Stir in frozen butter and cool to room temperature.

Stir in 1 C. sour cream and pour into cooked pie shell.

Topped with whipped cream and white chocolate curls.
