Ingredients
- 1 C. Sugar
- 3 1/2 T. Cornstarch
- 1 T. grated Lemon Zest
- 1/4 C. fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Egg Yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 C. Whole Milk
- 1/4 C. Frozen Butter
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- Pie Shell
- Whipped Cream
- White Chocolate curls

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1st 6 ingredients in sauce pan & cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in frozen butter and cool to room temperature.
Stir in 1 C. sour cream and pour into cooked pie shell.
Topped with whipped cream and white chocolate curls.
