Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lb. bacon (Oscar Meyer Bacon pieces already cooked)

Preparation
Step 1
Fix cornbread according to directions on box and bake. Crumble half the cornbread in bottom of dish. Sprinkle half the bacon on top of cornbread. Layer the following: tomatoes, onion, celery. Spread mayonnaise on top of vegetables. Crumble rest of cornbread on top and sprinkle with the rest of the bacon.
