Green Beans wit Shallots and Red Peppers

  • 2 lbs Green Beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 C Butter
  • 3 lg Shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 lg Red Pepper
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Cook green beans until tender crisp then drain well. Melt the butter in lg skillet over med high heat. Add the shallots and peppers and saute about 4 minutes or until tender. Add the green beans, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and toss to combine.
