Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain pumpkin (1/2 of lb. can)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees
-grease tins or use paper cups
-mix flour, sugar, pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
-break eggs into another bowl. Add pumpkin and butter and whisk until blended. Stir in chips, and pour over dry ingredients and fold with rubber spatula until dry ingredients are moist.
-Scoop batter evenly into tins.
Bake 20-25 min or until puffy.
Turn onto rack to cool
