Ingredients

  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/4 t curry powder
  • 4 cup corn
  • 4 c milk
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • crumbled bacon

Preparation

Step 1

1. saute onion in butter.

2. add flour and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

3. chop corn in food processor, add to onion mixture and cook 5 minutes.

4.add milk, cream,salt and pepper and bring to a boil. stir in crab meat. serve hot. top with crumbled bacon.
