Ingredients

  • 5 lbs red potatoes,quartered
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 frozen garlic cubes(or 4 tsp crushed garlic)
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs fresh chopped rosemary leaves(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place quartered potatoes in a pot and add water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook over medium flame for 20 min. Drain the potatoes and rinse them under cold water.
Preheat oven to 425. Transfer the potatoes to a baking pan and add the oil and seasonings. Bake for 1 hr. and 15 min.(longer if using a disposable baking pan)
