Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 c cooking oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• Mix together and add to wet ingredients:
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• then add 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Pour into greased and floured pans and bake at 325F for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean
