Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 +1/8 tsp. baking
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. baking sold
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 2/3 C orange juice
  • 3 Tbl. melted butter
  • 1/2 C cranberries, cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together and beat beaten egg, juice and melted butter. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Pour in greased/floured loaf pan. Bake 5-60 minutes at 350F.
