Easy Blueberry Pancakes

  • 2 cups original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Step 1

1. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees. Grease with cooking spray
2. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs unti blended; gently stir in blueberries. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden
