Ingredients
- 5 pounds red potatoes
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- water
- 1 1/2 c mayo
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 pepper
- handful of parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place cubed taters in pot and cover with 2 " cold water. Add bouillon cubes. Boil until tender, about 6 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients.
