Ingredients

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread
  • 1 box chopped and drained broccoli
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes
