Oven-Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

  • 2 lbs. Broccoli Florets
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Cauliflower Florets
  • 4 medium garlic cloves, quartered
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 12 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 and put rack in middle of oven. Mix the Broccoli, Cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in large roasting pan. Roast, stirring and tossing occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender and a little browned, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with vinegar while still in hot pan and toss well.
