Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • Pie:
  • 9 " pie crust (Pillsbury red box)
  • 1 15oz can pumpkin
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t salt
  • Streusel Topping:
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/4 C cold butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425*

Whisk pumpkin, cond. milk, eggs, spices and salt.

pour into unbaked crust. Bake 15 mins. Reduce oven to 350* and continue baking 35-45 mins (or until knife comes out clean)

Streusel Topping:

Combine brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. After pie has cooked for 30-35 mins, sprinkle on top and continue to bake (about another 10 mins.
