Green Bean and Tomato Broil

Ingredients
- Large bunch of fresh green beans
- 4 large roma tomatoes, sliced
- 4 large shallots, sliced
- 2 handfuls of Marcona almonds
- olive oil
- 1 1/2 T. Bombay Veggie seasoning
- 2 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix green beans, shallots, tomatoes, and almonds. Drizzle with olive oil. Add all seasonings and mix. Place on cookie sheet. Turn oven to low broil and put the rack on the second level. Cook for about 8 minutes stiring frequently.
