GLAZED BANANAS WITH LIME CREAM

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice {2.25oz}
- 3 Tbsp. + 2 teaspoons splenda
- 1 Tbsp. trans-fat-free margarine
- 2 medium bananas, sliced 1/2” thick
- 6 oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Lime twists, for garnish {opt}

Step 1
In a large skillet, combine 1½ teaspoons of lime zest, lime juice, 3 tablespoons splenda and margarine. Cook over low-heat until the margarine melts. Add bananas and cook, turning occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together remaining ½ teaspoon lime zest and remaining 2 teaspoons splenda. Add yogurt and stir to blend.
Divide warm bananas and pan juices evenly among 4 dessert bowls. Spoon yogurt alongside each serving and garnish with lime twists, if you like.
