Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed strawberries
- 1 T lemon juice
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 pkg. powdered pectin
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Method:
Combine fruit, lemon juice, and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Boil pectin and water rapidly for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add berries and stir two minutes, until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour into containers and cover. Let stand at room temperature for one hour.
Refrigerate until set.
Store in freezer.
Refrigerate after opened.
