Sugar-Free Banana Strawberry Sorbet

  • 2 bananas, cut into coins
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Step 1

On a large plate or cookie sheet, arrange banana slices and brush with lemon juice. Freeze. In a separate container, freeze the strawberries. In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas, apple juice, and maple syrup. Slowly add the frozen strawberries, a few pieces at a time. Blend until well incorporated and smooth. If the sorbet is too thick, add a little more apple juice. Serve immediately, or freeze and let thaw 15-20 minutes before serving.
