Potato And Bacon Bread

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups water
• 3 tablespoon butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 3/4 cup instant potato mix
• 4 1/2 tablespoons bacon bits
• 4 tablespoon dry milk
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in pan, in order listed, yeast last
2. Lower pan into machine, twist and lock in place
3. Choose Basic/Specialty Function, turn on machine to start
4. When machine is finished, carefully lift the pan out and let cool
