Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice concentrate
- ....* 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- ....* 2 tablespoons triple sec or cognac
- ....* 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- ....* 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
- ....* 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (optional)
- ....* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
