Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- few drops almond extract
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation
Step 1
stir together flour, cornstarch, rosemary, and salt
set aside
beat butter with electric mixer med-high for 30 sec.
add powdered sugar and almond extract
beat till combined
wrap and chill dough 1 hr. or until easy to handle
preheat oven to 325
line 2 baking sheets with parchment, set aside
shape dough into 24, 11/4" balls
arrange 2" apart on sheets
press thumb into each
spoon 1/2 tsp. of marmalade into each
bake 14 min.
cool 1 min. on cookie sheets
remove to wire rack to cool completely
dust with powdered sugar
