- Seasoning:
- 1 lb. snow peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce

Step 1
Heat wok (or pan) and add the oil.
When the oil begins to smoke, add snow peas and mushrooms.
Stir fry 2 minutes, then add seasonings.
Stir fry 1 minute and serve immediately.
