- 1 pudding plus yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Mix the cake mix with one egg and oil, reserve one cup of mixture. Pat remaining mixture in the botoom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice, until light and smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining cake mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and Cut.
