    ears corn, husked

  • 2

    Tblsp. Sugar

  • 1

    Tblsp. all-purpose flour

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1

    Cup heavy cream

  • ½

    cup cold water

  • 2

    Tblsp. bacon grease

  • 1

    Tblsp. butter

Directions

Scrape the kernels off the corn, scrape the milk off the cob. Whisk together sugar, flour, and salt & pepper. Combing with corn. Add the heavy cream and water. Mix. In a large skillet over med. heat, heat bacon grease. Add corn mixture and turn heat down to med.-low. stirring until it becomes creamy, about 30 min. Add the butter right before serving.
