  • 1/4 lb gingersnaps
  • 1/3 C pecan halves
  • 1/4 C lt brn sugar
  • 4 T melted butter
  • 1/4 C lt brn sugar
  • 1 t cinn
  • 1/4 t allspice
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1/4 t gr cloves
  • 1 lb cr cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C pumpkin
  • 1/2 C pecan halves
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

350 9” springform pan
Pulse gingsnaps and pecans til crumbly add brn sug and butter. Press into bottom and up sides
Combine brn sug and spices in small bowl. Lg bowl beat cream cheese till smooth and creamy.Grad add brn sug in eggs 1 at time. Add pumpkin mix and put in crust. Bake 35-40 min. Cool then refrigerate.
