Mandarin Orange Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges (Drain one, use juice from one)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well with electric mixer. Pour into greased 10 1/2" x 15" jelly roll pan (or more like cake as we do). Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 (or until you think the cake is done). It becomes very carmalized in color. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
