Step 1

Scald tomatoes in hot water and peel. Cut in small pieces and boil for about 3 hours, or until thick. Measure 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of tomatoes. Add piece of stick cinnamon. Let boil for 30 min. Fill in jars.
