- 1 (10.5oz) can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
- 1 (18oz) can WF Apricot Pineapple Preserves
- 1 Med. Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1-2 tbsp. WF Dijon Mustard
- 4 lbs. Boneless Pork Loin Roast

Directions
1- in Crock Pot, stir 1 can chicken broth, 1 jar apricot preserves, 1 diced onion and 2 tbsp dijon mustard
2. Add the pork loin roast to the crock pot and turn to coat roast with mixture
3 cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours (or HIGH for 4-5 hours) until the pork I fork-tender
4. Serve with instant potatoes, make according to package directions.
