Baked Artichoke-Spinach Spread

Ingredients

  • 16-oz. jar non-marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • minced garlic to taste
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except bread in a bowl; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie plate. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 40 minutes.

Serve warm with bread slices.
