Buffalo Potato Wedges

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 1 cup regular or light sour cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato lengthwise to make eight wedges. Coat all sides of the potato wedges with melted margarine and then with Mrs. Dash® Original Blend or Extra Spicy. Arrange potato wedges on a baking pan in such a way that a trough is formed between two wedges.Top each pair of wedges with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown. To prepare Cream Sauce, combine sour cream and desired flavor of Mrs. Dash® Seasoning Blend in a small bowl, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
