• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 2 beaten egg whites

Mix all together except beaten egg whites. Let rest for 1 hour. Fold in egg whites. Dip zucchini flowers into batter and fry until golden.
