Step 1

Make a simple syrup of 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries or blackberries, 1 1/2 c Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4 c sugar. Bring to boil and off the heat. Steep for 30 minutes. Strain through fine mesh sieve pressing solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Cover and chill in glass jar. This concentrate can be made 3 days in advance. To serve will a 12 oz glass with 2 tbsp concentrate and top with 1/3 c club soda. Gently stir. Can add vodka to make it an alcoholic drink.
