Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes
- 3 lb baby red new potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 45mins
Heat oven to 450F. Line a large shallow baking pan with nonstick foil.
Halve potatoes, quarter and larger potatoes. In large bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer in lined pan.
Roast on bottom rack in oven for 30 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes until tender and golden.
