Pineapple Cookies

These pineapple cookies are super easy to whip together! They are great to bring to a party or get together!

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360° F.

Cream together shortening and sugars.

Add eggs, vanilla, pineapple, and nuts.

Sift flour and soda; mix well with other ingredients. Drop from teaspoon on floured tin.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
