Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Recipe
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Butter Stick
- 1/2 Crisco Oil
- 11 oz Mandarin Oranges w/ Juice
- Frosting:
- 1 Can Pineapple Crushed w/Juice(6 1/4 oz)
- 1 Vanilla Instant pudding mix box 6 oz
- 1 Large Tub of Cool Whip
- note: if you want to garnish finished cake with mandarin or pineapple chunks .. add them to your shopping list one more can ought to do it ..

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix all ingredients, except oranges. Juice yes Oranges No . Mix then add Oranges.
Prepare 3 8" cake pans
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Frosting:
Blend pineapple with juice and pudding mix in a bowl, Fold in cool whip. Frost Cooled Cake.
Note. Mom doesn't like Mandarin Orange with Pineapple mixed together. She Prefers all Mandarin Oranges or for a twist all Pineapple. (Mom's favorite)
