  • 1 c. water or beef broth
  • 3 apples, pared and diced
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Plae bratwurst, potatoes and water or broth into wide skillet and simmer until water evaporates and potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
