- 1 lb fully cooked bratwurst
- 3 lg. potatoes, pared and diced
- 1 c. water or beef broth
- 3 apples, pared and diced
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter

Step 1
Plae bratwurst, potatoes and water or broth into wide skillet and simmer until water evaporates and potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Add apples to pan.
