Blueberry cheesecake

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 3 pkg cream cheese (room temp)
• 1-1.5 cups white sugar
• 3 whole eggs or 4 egg whites
• 3 tbs cornstarch
• Pinch of salt
• 8 0z sour cream
• 3-4 cups crumbs
• 1 block butter

Preparation

Step 1

Use your electric skillet
250 deg for 60 mins (1hr)
... Mix cream cheese and white sugar first then add the rest.
