Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• Add:
• 1 stick margarine
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 2-1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 cups Zucchini
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. cloves
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Cooking time 40mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first set of ingredients together. Mix well.

Add second set of ingredients to mixture. Mix well. Put in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 325 - 40 minutes.

Good with chocolate chips, 1/3 cup sugar and nuts.
