Ingredients

  • 6

    oz linguine

  • 1

    tbsp. olive oil

  • 2

    chopped shallots

  • 2

    minced garlic cloves

  • 1

    lbs uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1

    jar of capers, drained

  • 3

    tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1

    tsp red chili flakes

  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Next sauté oil, shallots and garlic in a large skillet until tender. Add the shrimp, capers and lemon juice. Continue to stir and cook for about 5-6 mins until shrimp turns pink. Drain pasta and toss together with the shrimp, chili flakes and pepper.
