Lobster Dipping Sauce
Can also be used as a sauce for sauted salmon.
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 4 T unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp corn starch
Cooking time 15mins
In a small saucepan bring wine, lemon juice and shallots to a simmer and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add butter and salt; whisk until butter is fully melted.
Whisk corn starch into the sauce and cook until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
