Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 14oz can artichoke hearts
- 1 10oz pkg chopped spinach, drained and thawed frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- chopped tomato if desired

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat the cream cheese and mayo in a mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until very lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato, if desired.
