Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries (can substitute raisins for the cranberries)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 package (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Microwave cranberries and orange juice in microwaveable bowl on high for 30 seconds. Mix next 4 ingredients; set aside. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each until well blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in cranberry mixture, chocolate and nuts.
Spread onto bottom of 13 X 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
