Cranberry Chutney Relish
Holiday cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg. 12 oz. of fresh cranberries
- 1 orange - peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 3/3 cups sugar
- 1 large golden delicious apple peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 30mins
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer , stirring occasionally, for five to eight minutes or until cranberries begin to burst.
Chill (can stay in a tightly sealed container in refrigerator for three months). Place in a serving bowl and stir.
