Cranberry Chutney Relish

  • 1 pkg. 12 oz. of fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange - peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 3/3 cups sugar
  • 1 large golden delicious apple peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tbls. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer , stirring occasionally, for five to eight minutes or until cranberries begin to burst.

Chill (can stay in a tightly sealed container in refrigerator for three months). Place in a serving bowl and stir.
