Ingredients

  • 6 cups nonfat beef broth
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • Add in any vegetables you like for variation.

* Add all ingredints to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
